[There's a canvas and easel set-up away from the other canvas and easel sets with three chairs around it. The one directly in front of the easel is empty while the one on the left has two mugs sitting on the seat and the other has a metal paint palette on top of a small pile of brushes.]

No, not really. It's been a little relaxing actually.

Ah, good to hear that.

[Also interesting. But, let's not linger too long on things that aren't what she wants to know. Sorry to ruin your zen time, Jamie.]

I hope you don't mind me asking you something that might be a touch personal, but...when you and Mister Bolton came in today, with the, ah, envelopes. You looked rather...concerned. Are you alright?

[theoverseers]

...Ah, right. That. [The almost relaxed expression he's had until now fades as he lifts a hand to pinch the bridge of his nose.] I'm better than I was. He just kind of took me by surprise with busting out an incentive this soon.

[cyan_maid]

"This soon"...

[What is there a weeklong grace period or something]

But...then, these incentives...if no one goes along with this one, will that mean...we'll be given others?

[theoverseers]

As part of the experiment, yeah. [He doesn't look entirely happy about it either.]

[cyan_maid]

[She frowns, folding her arms.] Who decides what these incentives will be? You and Mister Bolton?

[theoverseers]

[He nods.] We come up with them ourselves, yeah.

[cyan_maid]

[She tries not to stiffen.] So should we expect something from you next week, should this one not yield any results?

[theoverseers]

It's my turn regardless next time. But don't worry, I don't have anything planned like what Bolton did this afternoon.

[cyan_maid]

[...The stiffening relents, just a tad.]
